Bill Arman and Ed Laflamme – The Harvesters Ed Laflamme bring over 50 years of experience in the Green Industry. Ed is a Landscape Industry Certified (LIC) professional and author of the bestselling book Green Side Up: Straight Talk on Growing and Operating a Profitable Landscaping Business!. He founded and built the largest landscape maintenance company in Connecticut, which was voted one of the top 25 landscaping companies in the U.S. and maintained over 10 corporate world headquarters. In 2007, Bill Arman and Ed co-founded The Harvest Group, a consulting firm that helps landscape business owners grow, increase profitability, and prepare for sale. Since its founding, The Harvest Group has served clients in 48 states and 9 countries. In 2014, they partnered with Alison Hoffman to launch a business brokerage arm, Harvest the GREEN Partners, Inc., helping owners sell their companies or get them ready for market. They also created The Harvest Way Academy, an online platform featuring 100+ video lessons, guidebooks, and tools—a virtual encyclopedia designed to help landscape businesses scale and make more money.
