Is the show badge valid for admission to one day or all three show days?
The show badge allows entrance into the show on all three days. Individuals may also attend all events at the FNGLA Stage (Aisle 2500), the FNGLA Certification Showcase (Booth #1149), Tapped In Tailgate (40 & under) at 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21 (Room W340A), and the Opening Day Reception at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20 (Room W230) with their badge.
Where is the Opening Day Reception?
The Opening Day Reception will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20 at the Orange County Convention Center, Room W230. Each registered attendee may attend. A drink ticket will be presented to each person at the door.
Do I have to pay for The Landscape Show Knowledge College sessions?
Yes, there is a separate fee for Knowledge College classes. Tickets are available onsite at Registration (outside WE1 entrance). Each session costs $90. Purchasing three or more saves $10 per session. Trade show badges are not included with these sessions.
Do I have to pay to attend any of the FNGLA Stage presentations (Aisle 2500)?
No, but a show badge is required.
How do I pay for food, parking, or other items at the OCCC?
The Orange County Convention Center is completely cashless. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I get FNGLA CEUs for attending the show?
FNGLA Certified Professionals should register at the FNGLA Certification Showcase (Booth #1149)—attendee badge must be scanned. Show attendance earns 2 CEUs; Attendees will receive 1 CEU for each hour of instruction at the Knowledge College. There are 3 current breakouts on Weds and 4 breakout sessions on Thursday.
What is the FNGLA Certification Showcase?
Located at Booth #1149, this area offers a Plant ID exam demo and details on FNGLA certification from judges and committee members.
How do I get other industry CEUs?
Some Knowledge College sessions offer industry CEUs. Sign-in sheets are available at the back of each session's classroom.
When and where is a specific meeting located?
All meeting times and locations are listed in the printed on‑site Show Directory and the Mobile App. For further assistance, visit the FNGLA Show Office in Room W231B.
Where do student groups pick up their badges?
Pre‑registered student groups pick up badges at Registration. Otherwise, onsite badges cost $40.
Where is the FNGLA Horticulture Career Fair held?
Two career fair sessions will occur on Friday, Aug. 22 at Room W230AB. The first begins at 10 a.m.; registration opens at 9 a.m. The second runs from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Preregistration is required. Free badges for students require prior notice and submission of names to Merry Mott. Companies may contact Mmott@FNGLA.org to inquire about participation.
Do I have to pay for my child to attend?
Children in strollers or infants not likely to become separated from their parent don’t require a badge. Others must be badged, as this is a business event and no children’s rates are offered.
Where can I get lunch?
Food courts are located on both sides of the exhibit hall.
Where do I pick up the show posters?
Show posters may be picked up in the main lobby.
Can I buy plants at the show?
Displayed plants are for viewing only. However, some exhibitors sell items available for pickup at 2 p.m. on Friday—with a receipt from the show office or the Expo Convention Contractor’s Service Desk (Aisle #1100).
I bought a booth. How do I pick it up at the end of the show?
Visit the Expo Convention Contractor’s Service Center at the end of Aisle #1100.
Are there shuttle buses to the hotel?
There is no shuttle service. The I‑RIDE Trolley provides transport between the convention center and most area hotels. One-day fare is $6/person; three-day pass is $8/person.
Is there a Landscape Show Parking rate?
Attendee parking is $20; exhibitors receive a discounted rate of $10 (per entry, for standard vehicles). Oversized vehicles are $40. OCCC is cashless. Overnight parking is not allowed.
Where can I get copies or business center services?
A full-service FedEx Office is located in Lobby C.
How can I get online?
Smart City provides exhibit-hall Wi‑Fi for a daily fee. Free Wi‑Fi is available in most public spaces outside the exhibit hall and meeting rooms.
Where can I get tables, chairs, signs, carpet, etc.?
Visit Expo Convention Contractors at the end of Aisle #1100.
Where can I sign up for electricity for my booth?
Electricity is arranged through the Orange County Convention Center, located behind the Expo Convention Contractor’s Service Desk (back-center near Aisle #1100).
I’m interested in exhibiting next year—can I get a complimentary badge?
Complimentary badges are not offered.

Can I get a wheelchair, scooter, etc.?
Standard wheelchairs are available at the Convention Center desk. Scooters and electric wheelchairs can be rented through ScootAround by calling 1‑888‑441‑7575. A limited number may also be available at FedEx Office (if not preordered).
